SEASONAL Pool Attendant/Groundskeeper needed for Apartment Community:
Applicant must be 18 or older, able to work outside and possess a friendly demeanor
The position requires the attendant to monitor resident activity at the pool, cleaning of the pool, deck & grounds and maintaining pool locker rooms. Additional responsibilities include watering community flowers and light grounds work. CPR certified is a plus.
Shift Hours are between 7AM-2PM or 2-10PM, 30-35 hours per week
Weekends are required
Position will begin Now through September.
Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Test.

Part-time Groundkeeper (25 hours week)
Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the groundskeeper involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The groundskeeper will assist the rest of the staff as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Physically walks the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds.
-Details property on a regular basis. Cleans and rakes shrub areas, shovels mud when necessary, used blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of grass and brush.
-Assists with ˇ§make-readyˇ¨ duties when requested by manager or maintenance supervisor.
-Inspect/Maintain Building Lights, Exit Signs and Emergency Lights Log. Repair/Replace Fixtures as needed.
-Performs any additional duties assigned by the manager or maintenance supervisor.
-Maintains awareness of property safety precautions at all times.
-Constantly observes condition of apartment property throughout the community and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-The groundskeeper must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following:
o Hand tools including various wrenches, hammers, grips, saws, snips, posthole diggers, etc.
o User-moved aids including wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, jacks, step-ladders, full-sized ladders, etc.
-Constant need to be on feet
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service oriented environment.
-Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines in a timely manner.
-Works as part of a team, as well as completes assignments independently.
-Takes instructions from supervisor.
-Exercised problem-solving skills
-Interacts with co-workers, supervisors, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
