way to pay your rent and other amounts due. Pay your rent
24-hours a day, seven days a week with ease! We now provide two
options of paying your rent; both options are a reliable,
convenient and secure way to pay on time.

This option is a reliable, fast, secure and a confidential
way to pay your rent.

ACH Payment paid monthly from your bank account.
If you would like to select this option, you can fill out the
agreement in the link below and drop it by your community
management office. The amount that you owe each month for rent
or other fees will be deducted from your bank account
automatically each month. You only have to fill out the attached
form or drop by the management office to pick one up, fill it
out and leave it for us to complete all the details, it’s that
easy!
Here are some guidelines for the ACH option that may answer
some of your questions:

Only one resident per apartment home can fill out the
ACH option, the entire amount will be deducted from one
account.

The ACH deduction will typically go into effect the
following month of receipt of your enrollment form,
depending on when we receive your form.

You must have a checking account in order to
participate. Any insufficient fund penalties will apply
according to your lease agreement.

Credit card processing is provided by a secure processing
company, there is a small convenience fee of $34.95 for each payment
transaction.
