Educator Program – If you
are a full time Educator/Teacher at a school public/private you
will qualify for our Educator Program. Call the property for
details.
Preferred Employer Program
– If you are employed at one of our listed Preferred Employers you
will qualify for the Preferred Employer Program (PEP). Call
the property for details.
Resident Rewards
Refer a friend, family member or co-worker to one of our
communities and they mention your name on their first visit and
they end up signing a 12-month lease and move-in, we pay you a
referral fee. Each of our communities has their own Referral Fee
amount, which can at times include double referral rewards.
